OUR STORY
Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Hayesville, North Carolina, Town Mountain Farm & Mountain Soapery is a small, family-owned goat farm that has been producing some of the finest handmade cheese, soaps and lotions in the area for years.
Now, we offer tours of our farm paired with cheese tastings so that we can share our love for our animals and sustainable agriculture. We look forward to welcoming you to our farm!

ABOUT TOWN MOUNTAIN FARM
Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Hayesville, North Carolina, Town Mountain Farm & Mountain Soapery is a small, family-owned goat farm that has been producing some of the finest handmade soaps and lotions in the area for years. Our farm is dedicated to sustainable agriculture and we grow our own food to feed our family, as well as our beloved herd of Nigerian dwarf, Nubian and Alpine dairy goats.
Twice a day, we carefully milk our goats to ensure that only the freshest and highest quality milk goes into our handmade soaps and lotions. We take pride in our small-batch, artisanal approach to soap making and use only the best ingredients. Each soap is lovingly handcrafted with our personal touch, so you can expect variations in color and design from batch to batch.
In addition to soap making, we also enjoy making cheese for our family, and we're happy to share our passion for goat husbandry and sustainable agriculture with our community.
